    We carry liability insurance for our equipment and operations, and we follow safety focused procedures on every setup, including:

    • Pre rental inspection of the unit, seams, and anchoring points

    • Clean, safe setup practices with proper spacing and clear entry areas

    • Secure anchoring based on the surface and conditions

    • Weather awareness and safety guidance for your event

    • A quick walk through at setup so you know the do’s and don’ts

    If your venue, school, church, or park requires it, we can also provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

    If you tell us the venue name and the date of your event, we’ll make sure you have whatever documentation they need.

Without a deposit, your request remains pending and the item can still be rented to someone else. Once your deposit is received, your rental is officially secured.

  • People often assume that if the forecast looks bad, the event has to be canceled. In our experience, about 99% of the time the forecast either changes or the weather is not severe enough to impact your party.
